The house was clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was easy and the one little item we needed help with was addressed very quickly. Great location, and we would happily use this host and location again.

Great Home Away From Home

This home was beautifully decorated, clean, organized and came equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. The location was perfect for beach days and exploring the city. The host was very responsive and friendly. 5 stars for the home and the host. Added bonus for us was the beach day accommodations available to us. The chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc made us feel like locals prepared for a day at the beach. Thank you!

Clean and cozy house in a great location.

I highly recommend it to people who love comfort and relaxation in a quiet area. Walking distance to grocery stores, park nearby. The house has everything you need to cook. Fast and efficient communication with the owner, only positive emotions.

Nice getaway spot near but not "in" downtown

Stayed for 6!days so hubby could have meeetings and attend Sarasota wine festival--!worked great being just a mile away from Selby five points park downtown

Great place in Gillespie Park

We loved our stay! Clean, walkability to all downtown Sarasota restaurants, and entertainment. Only recommendation would be to have a dresser in each bedroom.

Very nice and clean property. Found it to be as listed. All the expected amenities. We use Nespresso so the coffee machine was a nice item, we only had to bring coffee bullets.Convenient to all the places we visited.Would stay again and recommend.

There is nothing to complain, more than enough amenities for a good stay and excellent deal Beautiful decor and everything needed, towels, pillows, etc Will stay there again without a doubt I had an issue with the lower lock but Wes was very good with the help

Sarasota Vacation Rental

This was a lovely two bedrooms apartment. The house was very clean, my wife loved the decor and the coziness of the home, the kitchen is fully equipped (Pots/Pans/silverwares, griddle) in case you wanted to cook anything while you are there. Beach towels, Chairs, Umbrellas, and a washer and drawer were available on site. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a park across the street where you can walk, play tennis/basketball. Perfect location, not too far from the downtown area and Lido Key beach (FYI: Lido has a public parking, do not pay for parking, just keep-on driving until you reach the public parking lot on the right, if heading south). My only suggestion is to maybe add some curtains in addition to the blinds in the master’s bedroom in case someone wanted to sleep in, its very bright in the morning. Also, I would suggest that the AC system be checked, the air pressure coming from the vent is too strong, the doors open by themselves when the AC starts (My husband is a light sleeper and heard the door creaking open in the middle of the night, he thought it was someone breaking in, but it was the AC. The trick is to leave 2/3 doors open and 1 door shut (We left the bathroom, and the guest bedroom doors open, and shut the door of the bedroom we were sleeping in). Otherwise, we absolutely enjoyed the house and the location, the host was very nice and responded quickly to our questions. We would absolutely book this house again.

Wow!

What a Beautiful place! My husband and I stayed for five days and I have to say this was one of the best places we have rented. It was in a perfect location. We like to cook rather than going out to eat and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. It is also always nice having a washer and dryer available. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely book again.

Cute Property

Recently refurbished property nicely done. Very convenient to downtown area. Everything was clean and some nice touches, communication was quick and they helpfully provided codes so we could stream our own tv channels. Only constructive notes would be, an electric kettel( for us Brits who like our tea!), access to the covered parking area in the summer heat:)
