Amazing house

Had the most amazing stay from start to finish! Seamless check in, very clean and updated home, easy access to the beach! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Holden!

The unit has been completely remodeled in the last year. It is beautiful! Beds are comfortable. The house has everything you need for a great stay. We will definitely return!

Great location!

What a wonderful stay! It was a easy trip to the beach with everything you need. There are great ocean views from the road front porches and the marsh views in the evenings are so serene. The layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms up top and a main level with a pull out and a bath made it feel so big for a town home. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and will be back.

Great family getaway!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 5. The house was beautiful, linens and towels were provided, and the location is excellent. Just a short walk (about 4 minutes) to the beach and you have amazing views of the beach and intercoastal waterway from the bedrooms! There's a coffee shop and playground with a pickleball court and splash pad within walking distance as well. The owner takes wonderful care of the property. We can't wait to visit again!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Initially, we were a bit concerned about staying in a duplex and dealing with possible noise from the unit next door. But it was not an issue at all. The guests next door had a dog, and we never heard a bark or any human sounds. We spoke with them and asked if our dogs' occasional barking disturbed them, and they said they never heard ours, either. The whole unit was clean and beautifully appointed.The owner was friendly, easy to contact, and responded quickly when we had a question, although we didn't need much because just about everything you can think of was generously provided, from towels to beach chairs and a beach cart!The location is great, with a very reasonable walk to the beachWe had a wonderful stay, and we look forward to a return trip!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this home again! The location is hard to beat—just steps from the beach and close to everything we wanted to do on Holden Beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.One of the biggest highlights was that it's truly pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog so easy. The owner/host was wonderful to work with—responsive, accommodating, and clearly takes great pride in the property. They also provide linens and towels, which was greatly appreciated.Our only minor feedback is that the rental management company seems to have some confusion regarding the listing details, specifically whether linens and towels are included. Thankfully, the owner has everything covered, but it would be helpful if the management company updated the listing to reflect that accurately and did not email trying to charge for you it. The only other small inconvenience is that the key requires physical pickup rather than using a keypad. That said, the pickup location is extremely close to the house and the process was quick and easy, so it certainly wasn't a dealbreaker.Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, in a fabulous location, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about their guests. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
