Welcome to your NEW home away from home!! "Dozin By The Sea" is a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath, second row home located on the marsh, with its own private saltwater swimming pool, sparkling ocean views and never-ending marsh views, "Dozin By The Sea" is the perfect vacation spot! With all new everything! This beautiful new home has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, all new stainless steel kitchen appliances with subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, all new furniture, and tastefully decorated throughout!

Accommodating up to 10 guests, the master bedroom is furnished with 1 king bed and 1 unique twin stow-away bed, with a private bathroom (Linens are not included for stow-away bed). Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed with a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 offers a unique triple, twin size, bunk bed unit, with a private bath. **Please note that the triple bunk beds have a weight limit of 140 lbs per bed** For additional bedding, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa), and you will appreciate having the convenience of a half bath just off the living room. With seating for 6 at the bar, and 8 at the dining table, there will be room enough for the whole gang to gather together just hanging out, playing games or enjoying meals, while making sweet memories. You will enjoy the enclosed outdoor hot & cold shower after a long day in the sand. Imagine having the perfect day swimming laps or lounging by the 10' x 20' private saltwater pool, or relaxing on the porch while taking in captivating marsh views, along with some of the most gorgeous sunsets that Holden Beach has to offer! "Dozin By The Sea" will be your NEW favorite vacation spot!

This is a NO PET Property.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals)

A new favorite!

We loved our stay here at Dozin’ by the Sea. Side porch/breezeway was perfect for morning coffee and night time reading. The pool was perfect for our small family after needing to cool off from a morning in the sand. *Not listed in the amenities- toddler/baby gate + pack n play and mattress, so helpful for traveling families.

Perfect vacation house!

We were two families with kids ranging 2-15. The house was clean and the rooms were the perfect size. We used a pack n play because the 2-year-old wouldn’t stay on the fold out bed in the king size room but it fit perfectly beside the bed. Great dining room seating. Location convenient to food/shopping. The pool was great when kids were tired of beach. The highlight of this house is the side porch. The marsh view is unbelievable and we loved seeing the wildlife. There’s a pretty good view of the ocean too. The way the wind comes through that porch is amazing. I could’ve slept out there! We loved this house! Pictures do not do it justice!

Wonderful week at Holden Beach

This was our first trip to Holden Beach for myself, my husband, our grown son and his girlfriend. The rental was clean and well appointed. The views from the rental are amazing and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the porch where we could see both the ocean, and the marsh. It’s a very short walk to the beach and we really liked the food and atmosphere at Castaways and Mermaid. Please put hand towel holders in the bathrooms.

Very Happy with Property

We arrived on a Tuesday and the house was completely clean and exactly as described. The decor was very nice. The view of the marsh was very relaxing and yet we still had a nice view of the ocean due to a vacant lot across the street.I have no complaints at all. The only addition needed for me would be towel bars in the bathrooms.

Management company could be better, needs a better cleaning service, house needs a few fixes

I’m disappointed as this is a newer house and how it didn’t quite represent that nice clean fresh feeling. I don’t think the lady from Management co who called me understands having little kids or cares. She called me at 9:30am and asked for us to leave at noon so a cleaner could come in as our house was clearly not cleaned. Unfortunately with kids it isn’t easy to pack up your stuff and get out of the house during lunch hour. We asked for another time and she said that’s the only time they can come out. It was such an inconvenience for us and spending all that money to rent for a week you’d expect a house to be clean. So I had to do it myself. I was hoping for her to offer another time for cleaning or get some charges off for having to clean the house myself, wash bed spreads and bath mats. But the company said we didn’t pay a cleaning fee. They need to update the app then. Under the fees on the page it lists a cleaning fee price. Also regardless, she didn’t ask what else she could do to make my stay better, etc.. We arrived to a stained hand towel, a bed spread balled up on chair by the door, water splatter on dishwasher, had to take off all the sheets on the top bunk that were left on and it contained crumbs, unclean bathroom (emailed pictures to company), pee all over the toilet rim, disgusting shower scum, splatters on mirror, dirty bathroom counter top with hair and hair in shower, floors aren’t mopped, smelly bath mats, moldy shower curtain liner, dusty fans and shower ledge, broken toilet seat, chapstick and crumbs found under bed/furniture. One toilet had pink film in the toilet by day 3 of being there. We woke up the first morning to a very bad ant problem in kitchen, around window sills, then tons of ants inside the microwave! After my 3rd email, the company did enter the house and place ant traps out and it solved most of the issue. We would have appreciated an email/call saying they’d enter the house if we didn’t answer the door. We had to send another email asking for a battery for our smoke detector that continued to beep in the middle of the night. Bring laundry detergent to wash the bed spreads and bath mats when you arrive, the house shakes often, pool is a lot smaller in person versus the photo, be prepared to put on the linens yourself when you arrive, bunk bedroom gets really hot, queen bed is small for a queen. The bed frame sticks out really far, so beware. Very slippery when wet under the porch in the pool area.

Holden Beach 1st timers.

This was our 1st trip to Holden Beach. The house was as described. Full kitchen,comfortable beds,cute furniture. Pool was perfect for days when just wanting to relax at the house,our toddler loved it. Only complaint is the deck rails are a bit wobbly and would not recommend leaning on or leaving children unattended out there. Views of marsh were beautiful to sit and drink coffee on porch. Over all our stay at Holden was perfect. Thanks for opening this home to us.

Beautiful home, easy checkin, one minute walk from the door to the beach. Great location to be remote during covid.
