We're glad your stay started on a positive note, and that you enjoyed the showers and found it a nice home. We appreciate the detailed feedback. We've recently resealed the moulding around the kitchen windows, doors, baseboards and trim to help keep ants out, and we plan to replace the kitchen garbage can soon. We take the pillow comment seriously and will follow up with our housekeeper. We're sorry the neighborhood dogs were a distraction. We'll recommend that future guests bring ear plugs, so that they're better prepared to enjoy a night's rest.

The master bathroom ceiling stain was caused by a broken vent pipe in the crawlspace, which was promptly repaired after your departure. Please be assured there was no black mold; the area was carefully cleaned and freshly repainted. The shower sliding door has also been fully repaired to ensure everything is in excellent condition.
