Great Stay in Newport

We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house was clean, spacious, and in an excellent location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store so easily. The neighborhood was beautiful and especially great for families, with several parks within walking distance for little ones to enjoy. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the patio and enjoying the ocean breeze. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Newport!

By chance this is the second time we stayed at this house. It is in a great location and has the most perfect floor plan especially if you have kids that go in and out. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms and three very large bedrooms two of them have bathrooms inside the floor plan is very spacious especially compared at every other Newport house we’ve stayed at. The owner Steve is very responsive and the house has absolutely everything you could need. I hope if we ever come back, we will stay at this house again it is an absolute gem.

Great location! Walked to dinner, grocery store, and beach. Home was very spacious. Downstairs room was a little hard to sleep with upstairs condo walking around late the first night but we really enjoyed the location and beach amenities.

Roomy and just as advertised! We loved this place and would 100% stay here again. Parking included. Grocery store and shops are walkable as is the beach. Truly perfect place!!

We loved our stay in Newport Beach. The home is well built and cozy. I’m from VT and it reminded me of a similar quality and that’s unusual in CA! We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation - Perfect Location

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was clean, large, quiet, and perfectly located. Walking distance to the beach, the grocery store and restaurants. The property management group was fantastic with communication. We look forward to visiting this location again.

Great Home for a Vacation in Newport Beach

We and our local family had an excellent time in this Newport Beach house. The neighborhood is quiet and it was a short walk to the beach and pathway. We enjoyed walking along the path toward the pier and shops and hiking along the beach. The house was very clean and is well furnished. There is comfortable furniture everywhere, including the bedrooms, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils.

We loved the place! Plenty of space for my adult family (6 people). I dozed off in the comfy chair watching a football game I didn’t care about, just like home! I only wish I could smoke a cigar on the patio.

We had a great time at the property. Very convenient location, close to beach but not noisy, close to grocery store, easy to get to. The house is old, but fully functional, not glitzy but cozy. We felt like we were visiting a friend's house! Bedings and mattresses were comfortable, enough towels and toiletries provided. Kitchen has enough utensils, but we would have liked one more set of coffee mugs. Toaster and microwave are slow, but adequate. Two things that should have been highlighted in description. One is the fact that parking is really tight as the garage is shared with the other unit on the property. There is usually a big ass SUV parked on the opposite side of the alley across from the garage so getting in and out is really hard if you have a long vehicle like a minivan. Second is that the laundry is also shared and the other renters might not remove their clothes from the washer/dryer in a timely manner.

Wonderful home and location! The house accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers very well with 4 bathrooms and 3 rooms. The house was clean and spacious. We took advantage of the propane grill, beach chairs and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. I highly recommend this home with anyone visiting with a group. One bedroom with bath was downstairs, a 1/2 bath as well and upstairs had the 2 other rooms/bathrooms.

Great Location with Lot's of Room!

We had the best long weekend at this roomy home in Newport Beach! All 6 of us (two adults and 4 teens) had room and space to enjoy this great home. Kitchen was ample with everything we needed. Could have cooked in, but so many great restaurant choices near by. Perfect walking location to the beach and clean/newer chairs to borrow. Great new couch in the living room too. Very comfortable and plan to go back again.

Perfect location, very clean, huge property. Only complaint was the garage was super hard to get in and out of with vehicle parked in front. The property itself was huge, each room had its own full bathroom. The location was close to everything. Owner very responsive too! Great experience, thank you!

Great Place, Clean, Location is Awesome

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is clean, spacious, and a great location. The bedrooms are big and gave our family with plenty of space. The grandkids loved the room with the twin beds to hang out. The parking was a huge plus to have. It was an easy walk to and from the beach. Highly recommended!

Nice home, very large...great spot

We needed to get out of the heat in Arizona for a few days and head to the beach. This was a great home and a fantastic choice. Lots of space, huge kitchen, parking, just perfect for our family. The best part....two blocks to beach and maybe 3 blocks to the grocery store. Scott was great to work with recommendations on places to eat. Highly recommend this house.

Great location. Very nice house, very roomy. All beds and furniture were very comfortable. Spacious kitchen. Providing beach chairs, umbrella, and body boards was nice. TVs are a little complicated to use but once you do it a few times it’s ok. Only complaint is it can be tough getting a larger car (mini van) into the garage, especially if the house across the alley has a car parked in alley. Management was very accommodating to some special requests.

Friends weekend trip

Myself and two friends rented the property for a weekend get away trip. We were all very impressed with the house and the cleanliness and overall layout. The house’s oocation being close to John Wayne Airport and less then 300 yards from the beach made it a no brainer for us. We spent the weekend at the beach, knotts berry farm and hanging out at the house. If the next time we plan a weekend trip and the property is available we will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect location lots of space!

Comfortable place, felt just like home! We had a relaxing time and would definitely come back. A perfect place to act as home base. Everything was so comfortable and felt just like home. Although it rained, we enjoyed every minute together in this wonderful home. Thanks for making this place feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to the grocery store and making meals together. It was great to have everything we needed all in one place and didn't have to use our car once to drive anywhere. Definitely recommend!
