The condo was very nice. Plenty of room for my family. The view of ocean was great! I would stay there again, the price was a little high, but when I saw what it was, It made sense compared to others I had checked out.

Beautiful resort! Our condo was spacious and clean. The property is close to everything- grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shop. Loved the ocean view. Very nice balcony furniture.

Would definitely stay here again. Very big accommodations. Lots of pools which my grandkids loved right on the beach. Everything was a break. The view was perfect. You actually could hear the ocean and that's one of my biggest things to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. Very convenient to a lot of stuff. If you stay here. Check out Joe's hamburgers but make sure you have cash and check out Joe's ice cream. Forgot the exact name but it's right across from Joe's hamburger which is right across the street from the entrance too The villas.

The condo was clean and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the balcony and the giant master closet especially. It was also nice to have more prep space in the kitchen than most condos we stay at.

Amazing resort for a young family and older couples!

This property has it all! Many pools for the younger families and then also has a swim up bar area and hot tubs for 21 and older only! The room was very easy to access and accommodated our family very well!

Amazing place for a getaway!!

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful spacious condo. Very accommodating with four bedrooms and four baths. Balcony views are amazing with access to many pools and hot tubs and the ocean is just feet away. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come back here.

Great location with west facing view of the beach and overlooking the pools. 4 bedrooms was plenty of room for our group of 8. Easy access to beach, parking garage, and the pools and lazy river on the property. I recommend better cleaning staff as the location needs a deep clean top to bottom. And the twin beds could use an upgrade. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We do want to clarify that you mentioned your cleaning concerns during your stay, and our team immediately offered to send housekeeping back over to address them. You declined that offer at the time, which of course we respect, but that’s always the best time to let us help. We hadn’t received any feedback about the twin beds before this, but we’ll definitely recheck them now that you’ve mentioned it. The beach view was perfect! The location was perfect! The condo was pretty close to perfect, BUT we did have a few problems. The blender was broken and also the blender pitcher had a hole in it. Unfortunately we poured our mix in the blender cup and tried to start the blender (to no avail) before we realized this...so all the liquid was quickly pouring all over the counter and lost. The drains in two of the showers were so clogged with hair that the water wouldn't drain well. We handled that on our own and unclogged both. The bedspreads were very thin and there were no extra blankets to be found. The kitchen was not very well equipped for as big and nice as the unit is. The carbon monoxide/ smoke alarm went off almost every time we cooked...even though there was no smoke anywhere. The light above the stove was burnt out. The chairs on the balcony could use a good tightening. Having said all that....we enjoyed our stay there very much and over all the unit was quite nice! If you stay at this resort though....be prepared for a LOT of rules at the pool. The drinks were very expensive and you can't bring your own cooler, etc into the pool area.

We always encourage guests to reach out right away if they encounter any issue, big or small — whether it’s a lightbulb, a kitchen item, or anything else. We can typically resolve these things within minutes, but only if we know about them. We’ve already replaced the blender and confirmed the drains are clear. Regarding bedding — we note clearly in the check-in instructions that bedspreads are provided, but blankets are not stocked in the unit. This ensures consistency and cleanliness across all properties. As for the resort’s pool rules, those are set by the on-site HOA — and yes, outside drinks and coolers aren’t permitted for safety and licensing reasons (and because, understandably, the bar prefers to sell their own). We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome you back for another great trip!
