Initial Mix-up but Robbie Made it Great

We originally had a mix-up with our original rental, but the owner and property manager, Robbie, made our trip fantastic. Our condo was enormous and was very well appointed for our comfort. Could not recommend more.

This Unit is absolutely amazing.... Very clean... extremelywell furnished. The ocean view and pool areas incredible.I will absolutely , book this unit again and again.

The most spacious condo we’ve ever stayed at! 5 adults, 2 kids & a toddler had plenty of room to without being on top of each other. Having access to all the resort amenities (pools, play area, lazy river, fitness room, restaurant), made for a very enjoyable vacation.

Itrip is phenomenal!!!!!

Not only is North Beach Towers the best resort in North Myrtle, Itrip is the best rental management company to book through!!! Itrip was superior with thier service - from booking the stay, coordinating services and throughout! I will always book through Itrip!

Thanks for the great communication , there were three things about the room that was not to pleasing. In the master bedroom was dirty towels left under the sink , in the kitchen the trash can had sanitary paper in it on the top of the cabinet and the bathroom by the kitchen the ceiling licked on one of the ladies while she was using the rest room . It was over the toilet . Other then that the trip was awesome , thank you very much ,

This property was just as advertised! Our stay was wonderful and the accommodations were more than adequate for my family. We had an odsue with the refrigerator not cooling and once I contacted the rental company, the issue was resolved quickly. Absolutely loved the customer service from Dorie with iTrips. I can't complain about anything. Would definitely go again and use VRBO. Everything was seamless!

4 couples/5 days

4 couples in Myrtle Beach so the men could golf and women could enjoy the beach! Large condo with 4BR-4Baths and large deck. We did not cook in the large kitchen, just grazed during the day and went out for dinner. No colander or spatulas in kitchen but only needed them to wash fruit and mix up a dip, so no big deal! Short walk to pools and beach! Check in with itrip was easy and very quick! Would definitely stay here again!

One bath tub had rust spots on it and the other had a small area that looked muddy. One bathroom faucet only worked as a shower. The main faucet would not fill the tub. Overall, it was nice but could have been cleaner and updated for the amount of money we paid for a week long stay. A lot of the furniture was worn, especially the balcony furniture. We enjoyed our stay and the 4 bed, 4 bath was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful.
