Property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood .. walking distance to Museum and Market.. Kitchen needs some oven pans if you plan on cooking Otherwise, the kitchen is totally equipped with everything else you will need.. We were quite comfortable staying here, and would definitely stay there if we visiting Winnipeg again

We stayed two nights of a four night rental because my husband was released early from the hospital.The front lock was tricky at first but was easier to operate after that. It is located on a nice quiet street of family houses and felt very safe.We found the interior scrupulously clean. All conveniences are there to make a good stay for a family or couples.

We stayed here for 6 days and it was perfect for our needs. I liked staying in the upper suite of an older house, it was clean, comfortable and I liked the view of the human rights museum from the little back deck. The staircases are steep but safe. The location was great because we were visiting people in downtown Winnipeg and it was only 10 min from us by car. Neighbourhood seemed safe and I walked around quite a bit, to the river, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean and the office was a very nice option. The baseboard heaters kept the place warm even through the cold spell.

Property inside was clean. Host was alright but needed pushing for the code to access the property.The WiFi code was difficult to read due to it being hand-printed. Kitchen needed towels to dry dishes. A few things could be done like change the sofa from spare room with living room. Have the big light in the living room.Deck area was rotting and the back was overgrown which made it awkward to walk in. A welcome book/binder would of been helpful on how to work a few things in the apartment and where to go for groceries and sundries.Overall, it was an ok stay.

Lovely home

Stayed for two weeks. Great location in the heart of St. Boniface and a short walk from downtown. Very comfortable and spacious living space with a full kitchen. Everything was nice and clean.

Super conveniently located for our holidays. The apartment was equipped with brand new, clean appliances and everything was in great working order. Had some trouble with the key pad lock, andnthe response was very quick and very helpful.

The location was great, very central. There was tons of space for my sister and me. It was an older home so there was a bit of a musty smell and some odd doors not closing well. Also, it wasn't clear that it was a second story walkup up a fairly narrow staircase, which wasn't great for my sister.
