This is our third stay at this VRBO. We love the central location and the place has everything we need. One suggestion would just be to get a better couch.

The location was very convenient, in a safe neighbourhood. It was spacious for 2 couples. The host was very responsive if we had concerns. We would for sure stay again if we were in the area!

The place was comfortable and clean and when we needed assistance with a bit of a problem we had, we got immediate help from the owner with it and the rest of our stay went smoothly. The grocery store was steps from our door which was great. The area is a bit concerning as far as feeling safe out at night but we had no trouble from anyone in the area but we also didn’t go out after dark because of how the area appeared to be. The apartment was great, the owner was wonderful and helpful and the location was close to grocery store, coffee shops, a pub and restaurants literally steps from the door.

Next door to a lovely coffee shop and beer garden, a short walk to Tall Grass Prairie bakery and centrally located in Winnipeg to easily get to all the places we needed to go to.

Awesome place!

Was a short stay with me and my sisters for a concert, and the location was perfect! A little on the pricy side but I would say well worth it, plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen.

A Winnipeg Gem!

The vacation rental was very clean and looked exactly as advertised. The location was perfect-close to restaurants, shopping and sights. The property manager was always available to assist us. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 5days for a rest before heading home after a busy 5weeks. The apt was clean, it was a quiet neighbourhood. It was fully equipped and had lots of unexpected extras! Convenient location for us! The owners were very quick to respond via phone and text with questions! We will definitely stay again!

We love this place

This is our second time staying at this unit. The bedroom set up is perfect for our small family. The parking situation is very easy and set up so that we could have one visitor park behind us. There is a big dining room and living room area with plenty of space. Walking distance to Thom Bargen for coffee in the morning and Good Neighbors to grab beers is a definite plus. The washing machine wasn't working and the host was extremely responsive and gave me alternate options to get my laundry done.
