The Penthouse apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the top floor of Mantaray overlooking the pool with its own roof top deck. The deck provides sun lounges with ocean view glimpses and a stylish bar area for entertaining. With a spacious 150 square meters of living space, it is perfect for couples or families looking for a comfortable and stylish vacation rental.
The apartment has been recently updated with new soft furnishings and fully renovated bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and the second bedroom can be set up with either a king bed or two single beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The living area is open and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking and dining in.
The apartment is close to shops, restaurants and bars and a short walk to Four Mile beach.

A great chill spot.
Spacious, comfortable, great location. Rooftop patio was a great ‘chill’ lookout spot - morning and night.Info and assistance from Joel was a great plus; super helpful and knowledgeable.
