This was over the top amazing this is probably one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in Charlotte and the sleeping arrangements for a large family was amazing as well thank you so much for allowing my family and trusting in my family with your property!

Very nice property. We were able to walk to the stadium and back for a concert. Located in a very nice neighborhood. Would rent again if I needed to stay in town again.

This was one of the better VRBO's we stayed in. We have a large family so VRBO is the best for us. Property was clean, as expected, nice area and close to the greenway for the walk to the stadium.

Weekend getaway

Nice weekend get away with the kids. House was clean, very convenient to everything, and lots of room and towels! I appreciate having extra towels traveling with kids. Thanks for the opportunity to rent the property. Would definitely plan to stay again.

Comfortable and spacious

House looks small from outside, but lots of room inside for large groups. Updated bathrooms, and kitchen. Management was accommodating, and easy to deal with. Will be looking for this place for next visit to Charlotte area.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful neighborhood, spectacular home just renovated, lovely patio we bbq the entire stay. Just 20 easy minutes walk to Bank of America stadium. Closed to everything…. Highly recommend

Great spot and locatio

Close to downtown where our work convention was. Great neighborhood. House was great. Owner was very responsive, especially when we had a minor issue with hot water. They fixed the problem within a few hours.

Very nice plae. More spacious than we thought. The only negative was the hot water for the shower. We attempted to contact the project manager. We left a message, but did not receive call back.

Standout was that this was the house I grew up in. It had been extensively renovated but still evoked memories of the past for me and for my older daughter. As to a Vebo stay, the location is excellent, amenities fine. Neighbors on one side spoke and were friendly. The kitchen faucet is problematic, as it takes a long time to work again once turned off. We couldn’t get the dishwasher work though it is all set to go. The overpowering deodorizer caused us to open the house’s windows and doors to air it out. An outside opening to the crawl space in the back had no cover. Overall great stay for us in spite of the small flaws, due to special meaning of the house.
