We arrived early and were able to check in early at no additional cost, the unit was very clean and Summer Sands communicated promptly and clearly everything we needed to know before arrival. This was our third time staying there and we will definitely be back!

A Perfect Sound-Side Escape — Will Definitely Be Back!This condo was exactly the getaway we needed! Located between the sound and the beach, we got calm water views in the morning and gorgeous sunsets right from the unit every evening — unforgettable.The place was spotless and comfortable, with that easy vacation feel from the moment we walked in. Loved how walkable everything was — coffee, dinner, all just a short stroll away. The restaurant right next door was a highlight, seriously delicious food, and so easy for low-key dinners without ever needing the car.After the hustle and bustle of Raleigh, this was the R&R reset we needed. Peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located. We'll definitely be booking our next stay here!

This is not a one-bedroom property, it's a studio! There is no door between the bedroom and the rest of the studio. The living space and kitchen are separated from the bedroom by hallway so there's no privacy. My husband was very disappointed with this configuration and the bed is right next to the only entrance to the studio. So if someone is sleeping you are going to wake them up by coming in or out of the room. Everything else was well run and well managed. Seascape does an excellent job of communicating with their guests, but the layout is really a deal-breaker.,
