Lagoon Landing 303 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the third floor with partial Gulf views. The property also offers deeded beach access just across the street.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, communication with the host was great, and check-in was very easy. The balcony also had a nice view where you could see the beach, which we really enjoyed.The only thing I would mention is the walk to the beach. It was a little farther than I expected, but still manageable. Based on one of the photos in the listing showing stairs leading down to the beach, I was under the impression when booking that there was direct beach access from the property. Other than that, we had a good stay and enjoyed the space.

Loved sitting on the balcony at any time of day was very comfortable. The room was immaculate, easy to maneuver in, plenty of room for the 2 of us. Loved the outdoor spaces near the pool and the dock! The dock is a fabulous asset. Best was the location-not a lot of traffic, easy walk to the beach, and no high rises so less people.

We are regulars to this condo. We always enjoy our stay as we did this time but I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention. We had to buy draino to get the shower unclogged. This concerns me because I feel like only the walls were wiped down and the shower floor was not cleaned. If it was the clog would have been noticed. Second, please change or wash the mop head. When we walked in it smelt like a dirty mop had been used (I have a cleaning business so I know that smell). Third, I saw the note about not freezing the fridge but when we arrived it was on freezing and a thick layer of ice was in the fridge. Last thing, the door sticks and makes a loud squeal. We are early risers and felt like we were waking people up leaving every day. As stated before, we frequent here and will continue to do so. I just wanted you to know just in case you weren't getting this feedback. We'll book again soon

The condo was clean and comfortable with relaxing balcony view. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower.Grounds were well kept and nice view also of lagoon in back of property. Convenient location only short drive to restaurants, stores, etc. Beach just across the street. Great for couples and familes.

We enjoyed our week-long stay. The room was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. We loved the location in relation to the beach and the lagoon. The outdoor areas are top notch as well. My 8 year old loved the pool and my 13 year old loved fishing from the dock. We will definitely be returning!

Home away from home

This was the 3rd time staying in this property, but a first booking with itrip. They made everything so easy throughout the entire process. Easy accessibility to the staff made questions a breeze. The unit has been updated beautifully and with easy access to the lagoon and beach, it makes a perfect spot to stay. We've already booked our next trip!

Home away from home Lagoon Landing 303

This is the fourth time for us renting this unit. We absolutely love this little condo on the lagoon. They have everything you could need in this unit you could need. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of everything. The king size bed is very comfortable. The partial views from the balcony is a great spot to watch a storm roll in. The shower is a very nice size. Easy check in/check out access. Thank you iTrip! We WILL be booking future trip(s) soon!

Every thing great except ice maker was weak and someone took my beach chair one evening and left it on beach grandson found it later that night so I started keeping them in truck
