Nice spacious home, but had some cleanliness issues and minor damages. They did offer to send maintenance and housekeeping out once notified. Garbage does not pick up daily. House is minimally stocked. Community is beautiful. Does not have a lazy river. Management was great. Overall a nice stay.

Absolutely wonderful

Will be using the same company next year. We have been coming down every December for 10 yrs, and the property we usually stay at was sold and no longer doing rentals. I am so glad I found this gem. The only suggestion I would have is to add a privacy net around the pool area, because it is viable from the road. Other than that don’t change a thing.

Beautiful Property

The property was just as listed. It was beautiful and has a relaxing vibe and decor. If I could improve anything, it would be the check-in process at the guard gate and access to the property. Having to go across the street to initially check in and having to wave a piece of paper out the window to enter the gate was a little annoying. The management team was readily available to help with anything I needed. My family loved this home and everyone agreed that we would be booking again. Thank You for your hospitality. street

Thank you for your review and kind words, and for always choosing us. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Regarding entry to the gates, for your safety and that of the community, guest verification is required to enter the community. This allows you to use alternate gates by simply showing your pass. This makes entry and exit more straightforward. These are community policies that must be followed.

A Beautiful Home with Some Room for Improvement

The house offered a lovely setting within a beautiful community. The spacious layout was perfect for our large group, and the overall potential of the house was evident. However, we were disappointed by a few oversights: -Maintenance Issues: The mold on the shower curtain and dirty walls detracted from the cleanliness. -Safety Concerns: The pool fence posed a potential safety hazard for young children. -Insufficient Amenities: The lack of basic necessities like dish soap, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt, pepper, not enough towels, not enough toilet paper, no food storage containers, no cleaning supplies such as surface cleaner, 2 garbage bags for a 7 day stay with 12 people and a baby.. -Additional Fees: The extra charge for pool filter/heating seemed unnecessary. -Unfulfilled Requests: Despite advance notice, essential items like a high chair and BBQ were not provided. We understand that vacation rental owners may not aim to provide a fully stocked home and some items are our responsibility. However, a few more essentials could have significantly enhanced our stay and saved us time.
