Welcome to your perfect holiday retreat! This two bedroom Villa offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The main bedroom features a queen size bed while the second bedroom offers a single bed and a trundle bed. The spacious lounge room includes a smart TV and ample seating space where you can relax and unwind watching your favourite shows or movies.

The Villa includes a modern bathroom with a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to prepare your favourite meals. A laundry area is available complete with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays more convenient. Stay cool and comfortable with the air conditioning system throughout the home.

The property includes a one-car garage providing secure and convenient parking. Outside you'll find a relaxing seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Lovely little unit in a quiet area, lock up single garage and parking in front - great because we had both vehicles.. it has full kitchen and laundry and it was our “home while looking for a house “ , just remember to bring your own linen - sheets and towels. Location makes it easy to get around Port and close to beaches, had a great meal at The Local at Flynn’s beach if you’re looking for a place to eat. Kate and the team at Wiseberry were wonderful to deal with so much so that we extended our stay.

Very convenient to the private hospital

The property was very well set up and comfortable. Parking was great with a lock up garage and room to park another car off the street. My daughter was doing a nursing placement at the private hospital, and the location made for a very quick commute without much traffic. There was a fantastic range of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Other than a Chinese restaurant, a very small supermarket and pharmacy there wasn't much in walking distance but was a central location to the beaches, city centre and the shops on Lake Road.
