Absolutely so happy with this cottage so clean welcoming felt like home. The home owners were so kind and generous. Made so many memories we cannot wait to go back i highly recommend this cottage.

Freja and her guests were amazing. Quiet and treated our cottage with great care. They left it very clean upon departure. Would definitely have them back anytime. Highly recommend.

This family friendly cottage was a delight to stay in. Comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen with lots of windows in every room letting in the wonderful breezes off Lake Huron. Hope to return!

Check in was easy, the place was cleaned nicely. Be careful with two people showering at the same time as the water pressure changes. The grill heats up faster on one side than the rest, so beware when grilling! The house does get hot when the sun hits the west side, but having the curtains closed & windows opened helped air out the muggy conditions. Otherwise wonderful experience by waterside. Very quiet and peaceful area.

So happy you enjoyed your stay and the beautiful area. Yes when showering two people at once the water pressure may change because in rural areas that are not on the water line, but on a well will experience this. The grill is brand new and we have never heard of this issue before but will look into it. As for the heat it is a good idea to draw the curtains but we also have a window air conditioner that you could leave on and if you turn on the ceiling fan and other fans provided it will help to move the air. Thank you for your comments. We always are happy to fix anything we can to make stays more enjoyable. Very happy you did enjoy yourself and hope for you to come back to our area again.

Great cottage and great location

We really loved our stay. The cottage is clean, cute and perfect for a family of four. I was particulary fond of the front deck, with the view on Huron lake. There's a beach at walking distance from the cottage, with shallow and warm waters. Our kids (9 and 7) really enjoyed it. But if you seek more waves and animation, the cottage is at a 12 minute drive to Sauble Beach.

Great balcony!

We loved having the upstairs balcony for enjoying our morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and evening sunsets. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing an evening meal we hosted for our family group of 12. Being able to easily walk to the marina was another plus. This unit was spotless and comfy!

The upstairs balcony and the view over the lake is absolutely our favourite place to be in the cottage also.
