Condo 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec patio extérieur au coeur du centre-ville de Nanaimo. Taux à long terme disponibles et à court terme. Nouveau condo de 2 chambres à coucher. 4 personnes. Cuisine équipée, entiÚrement meublé et buanderie dans la suite. Restez pour quelques jours, une semaine ou plus. NE PAS FUMER .
Cette charmante résidence est parfaite pour un homme d'affaires qui a besoin de se sentir comme à la maison ou pour les personnes et les familles qui veulent préparer leurs propres repas.
La maison est parfaitement positionnée dans le centre-ville historique. Il se trouve à quelques pas de magnifiques digues, de la voile, des théùtres et des magasins. Vous apprécierez les avantages de sortir pour dßner sans s'inquiéter de conduire la voiture. Tout est à proximité. Stationnement souterrain sécurisé pour un véhicule de moins de 6'7 "de hauteur 1 animal accepté par suite seulement!

Downtown naniamo

Great place, close to many amenities. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Nanaimo.

Great spot in the centre of everything

Perfect spot for a quick family vacation. Barry was well organized and his place was well equipped for our needs. The courtyard added to so much to the property and the AC unit was appreciated because we had gorgeous weather while in Nanaimo!

Great stay

This place was within walking distance of the Port Theatre. We appreciated having our own kitchen and not having to eat out for every meal. There is a cute little patio area. Parking is very limited in downtown Nanaimo and appreciated the secure parking spot that was made available. It was everything we needed for our stay.

The Heart of Nanaimo, BC

Very convenient location . We stayed one month . Park your car in secure under ground parking. We walked everywhere, Historic Old Nanaimo, waterfront, parks and shopping, pubs, bc liquor store and a Cannabis Shop. There is a great street market on Thursday. Barry was a very congenial host.

Condo living

Barry”s condo was amazing it was stocked with everything you could had ever wanted or needed. Very convenient location the only bad thing I have to say is there is a homeless problem which has nothing to do with Barry’s place and we have been told by other residents that the city of Nanaimo is suppose to look after this in march we definitely 💯 recommend this condo and Barry was quick to answer any questions we had overall super happy

A Perfect Stay in Downtown Nanaimo - Gem of a Condo!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo in downtown Nanaimo, and it proved to be the perfect choice for our visit to see family. Barry, our attentive host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed. First and foremost, the condo's location is unbeatable. Nestled right in the heart of downtown Nanaimo, it provided easy access to shopping, dining establishments, and the picturesque waterfront. The vibrant main street added to the charm, especially with its Thursday evening market featuring local artisans, music, and food trucks. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The living area was spacious with comfortable furniture. The main bedroom, equally impressive, boasted a generous size and a fully stocked ensuite with an abundance of towels. A standout feature of the condo was undoubtedly the fully equipped kitchen. While we didn't cook during our stay, it was evident that the kitchen had everything one could possibly need including quality dinnerware and glassware. We also appreciated the beautiful patio, complete with a convenient BBQ for those wanting to cook outdoors. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo for anyone visiting downtown Nanaimo. Its prime location, tasteful decor, and comprehensive amenities make it a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Barry, for providing us with an enjoyable experience!

Wonderful Flat, Great Town

Great apartment with all you need and a block up from the charming old town where there are lots of restaurants (great raw juice bar), 2 used bookstores, used video/cd store, Nanaimo museum and other shops. The Literacy Assoc used bookstore is outstanding. Found lots of fun books there and it supports a great cause. Barry is wonderful to work with and the other residents of the building are friendly and welcoming. Great underground parking space. Would visit again.

Barry is an excellent host, and his place is excellent

My family of 4 had a great time at Barry's. His downtown hideaway is practically new, well finished, clean and fully stocked. Even though Barry was out of town during our stay, he was very responsive to our concerns. During our stay, Nanaimo was experiencing a heat wave and Barry had an air conditioner delivered to make sure our stay was comfortable, and it made all the difference (thanks Barry!). The location of Barry's downtown hideaway is ideal to access downtown amenities in Nanaimo, and easy commuting to many attractions that Vancouver Island has to offer.

Outstanding rental property, most highly recommended!

This is the most amazing rental residence I have ever experienced. Barry has set the condo up like a five star hotel grand suite. It is virtually brand-new and in outstanding condition. If I had the opportunity to give it a 10 star rating I would.

Easy to find and acces the unit. The owner was prompt and friendly. Large trucks can not fit in the underground parking, but there is paid parking in the lane. Overall an excellent experience. Very nice clean and comfortable unit. Everything you want in a downtown harbour experience.

Great Location

Hey Barry, just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay at your condo. It's located right at the doorstep of my favorite part of downtown Nanaimo. You were right, it was really easy to get to from the float plane dock and centrally located for everything I needed to get to downtown. Loved taking the little ferry to the Dinghy Dock Pub for lunch. I sure hope your place is available next time I'm in town as I would definitely stay again. DG

LOCATION! LOCATION!

I had a great two weeks staying at this condo. Although the weather did not cooperate, the stay was wonderful. A spacious place awaits you with newer stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit, hardwood floors, two great showers and so much more such as underground parking. The location is absolutely great as you are within a two or three minute walk of the harbour and is a short walk to many of the restaurants, mall, museum, performing arts, shopping etc. I found the complex quiet and well kept. I certainly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

60 year old man who loves the Island and what Island life has to offer . My favourite destination on the island ? --- Tofino . Make sure you allow yourself a day to drive over there and walk the beaches . Make sure to stop at Cathedral Grove on the way over .

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I love this building because it is so centrally located to just about everything . I use the sea wall all the time for running and it is just one block away . Lovely little outside courtyard sitting area complete with chairs and a propane BBQ.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Downtown living and yet tucked into the corner of a beautifully landscaped courtyard. It truly is a downtown hideaway . Just a 2 minute walk to restaurants and the sea wall . If you want to treat yourself have lunch or dinner at the Lighthouse Bistro which is over the water and is just one block away .
This building is very well managed and the managers ,who are friends of mine and live directly above me , run a tight ship and have created a living experience that is very uncommon in condo living . Very simply this is a great place to live .
