Third time we’ve stayed with this host. Always a good experience. Condo is very nice, well equipped, and located right on the lake. We’ll be back!

Great condo!

This condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and then some. It was cozy, comfortable beds, great working kitchen, and great location. I loved that the kitchen had random food items (like hot chocolate and pasta and condiments). We loved every minute of our stay here. The decor was cozy and inviting. The bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. This was the perfect condo to rest, relax, cook, and sleep. It was close to town (we drove to nearby hikes and to town to shop).

Very comfortable and clean condo with a lake view. A short drive, about 1 mile to center of Grand Lake.Only disappointment for grandkids was the pool at condo was for members only.

Hosts went over and above to make sure any guests' needs were easily accessed. So many amenities at arms' reach. Owners have provided everything they would need for their own use and readily share it with you. Comfort and convenience worth the the price making this an excellent choice for all. Parking easy in the summer.

Great condo with awesome views and Lakeside location

A very comfortable condo in an amazing location right next to the lake. It's a quick and easy walk into Grand Lake where there are all kinds of restaurants drinks and music. The beds are super comfortable, the condo is very clean and spacious, We have come back to the same condo several years in a row, that says it all. An ideal place for relaxation and family gatherings.!

We really loved staying at this property and will do so again given the opportunity. The proximity to the lake and town just can't be beat. The accommodations are very comfortable and we appreciated the fall decorations. This is a true VRBO experience though so make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and bar soap. We also had to run out for coffee filters but left a ton, so that shouldn't be an issue :)

Unforgettable Stay!

Our stay on the ground floor was perfect for us having a toddler who always wanted to go outside and play with the bocce balls and bubbles in the yard. Conveniently located near everything we could possibly need or want to see. Everyone we met, whether local or visiting, were incredibly nice and welcoming. The condo was incredibly comfortable and extremely well equipped to host us. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Nice accommodations in Grand Lake

Had a very nice weekend at Westcott 2. Very comfortable mountain cozy home close to town. Walkable to the Mountain Market and little fun park (also to town). It has a view of Shadow Mountain Lake. Everything was clean and well appointed (though bring your own shampoo). Would definitely recommend. Would also recommend making reservations ahead of time for dinner at the Historic Rapids Lodge. Best meal! Thank you to the owners for sharing their mountain home.

Great Place in Grand Lake

Love your place in Grand Lake! Great location; close to town, grocery store, paddle boarding, all within a 5 minute drive. Point Park has easy access to paddle boarding and lots of parking. Clean and cozy pad; amazing view out the back window, outside of the back porch with a nice grassy area to lounge. Nice kitchen that is fully stocked and a nice electric grill outside for burgers. Great communication from management… quick response and clear instructions. We will come back! Perfect for our small family of four.

Nice condo. Lots of amenities in the room. Nice view of the lake. Overall very clean, just showing some signs of aging. The large bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Only drawback to it was that it is very high off the floor. I had to use one of the barstools to get into the bed at night. This is evident in the photos, but you don't realize how high it is until you have to climb into it.

Grand Lake Condo

Enjoyed three nights here. Property is very short drive to Grand Lake downtown. Condo on 1st floor with main patio directly facing a wide expanse of lawn and lake is very short walk away across the lawn. Condo was nicely outfitted with all the typically needed accommodations. Would be nice if had some more conventional seating options in living room (i.e. recliners, or comfort chairs with ottomans). Living room had large sectional couch which was comfortable to lay on but not very conducive for just sitting up. Overall, condo was a very clean and nice property and would stay again!

This is a nice place about a half mile from the town of Grand Lake - nice and comfortable inside with patio and large grassy area as well that is shared as part of the condo unit. Being on the ground floor was nice. Had everything we needed for our time visiting Grand Lake and the RMNP which is only a few minutes away. Overall nice location for what we needed.
