It was advertised that it had two TV’s which it did but neither one worked. It was advertised it had places to put trash. It even gave a code for the trash bin. We had some trash but couldn’t find where the trash bin was located. So called the mgr and she said they were no longer allowed to use the trash bin so just stack it somewhere in the kitchen and they would pick it up when we left. It was advertised that it had a washer and dryer. They did but it did not work. They even had a sign stating not working. The area was very convenient, the place was reasonably clean the backyard area with the mountain stream was beautiful. So if you can stand piling trash in the kitchen, do not want to watch TV now want to use a washer to and dryer then it would be fine to stay in for a few days.

The washer experienced a drain pump failure and has since been repaired and is working properly. We're also updating the trash instructions to reflect the current arrangement so future guests have clearer guidance, and we'll be checking both TVs to ensure they're functioning as expected. We appreciate your feedback and are using it to make future stays more seamless and enjoyable.

Condo had everything we needed, excellent location

Really enjoyed our stay. Not super fancy but well appointed, had everything we needed. Easy to communicate with host. Would recommend and would stay here again without question. Only a few miles from western entrance to RMNP. Beautiful stream running behind the condo, nice to sit out and relax.

Town was a block away and the back creek was perfect.Our daughter and granddaughter went with my husband and me. I will say the bed in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. The murphy bed and hideabed were fine.The sitting area by the creek were so peaceful listening to the creek.

Great condo. Right on the river. Walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. Dinner at the Grand Lake Lodge was fantastic. LOVE Grand Lake. A must-see destination.

Location is amazing!

The location of the condo was so nice. Walking distance to all the fun of a Grand Lake. We were on the first floor and the second floor was a little noisy but not enough to disturb our kids sleep. Picnic area by the stream was great, we’d order carry out and eat there. Definitely would stay again

Comfy Beds

We enjoyed the sound of the running water nearby and we all found the beds relatively comfortable. The shower pressure was great and the accompaniments met our needs. Only improvement I could ask is to add a salt shaker and sponge and new bulbs under the cabinet lights. Other than that it was pretty perfect!

Quaint & Comfy

We loved our stay! The rushing water behind the condo was our favorite feature. You can hear the water from the unit, so we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the door open to listen in the evening. Plenty of room for a family of six. The small town of Grand Lake was adorable with excellent views & amazing hiking options. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Mother/Daighter Trip

While the layout is a bit odd, the property is well-appointed and spacious. The condo was clean and situated along the banks of the rapids, just as advertised. The property manager was prompt in their response to our request for help. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great size for a stay for 2-4 ppl! Small walk to the marina and heart of things in Grand Lake, lovely river spot out back, and pretty comfy beds.Two small things - we had to call the manager (who was very responsive) bc the main lights didn't seem to be working. Turns out there is a certain specific way the switches have to be to turn on. Keep trying! The other thing was that by our check in morning, the trash bin outside was very full and it was hard to get our trash in there.

Just what we needed

The home itself is cozy, clean and well situated within the town. Walking distance to the lake, shops and food. We walked nearly everywhere. We visited mid May before tourist season started. It felt like we had the town to ourselves. The back patio leads right to the water and it’s just a beautiful background noise to keep calm. Thank you for having us 💛 we look forward to visiting again.

Grand lake stay.

Was a nice place. Easy access, a block from Main Street. Made for very easy access to restaurants. In the place- Some of the lights didn’t work. In the dining area and the bath room. Assuming the cleaning wasn’t done, as the cleaning stuff was still on the counter and the floors and table were dirty still. All in all, still a nice place to stay! Thanks for opening your home to us!

Great location

The location is perfect for visiting RMNP. The river runs right behind the property. Walking distance to town. The shower didn’t drain well so the shower was very slippery. And the instructions for trash removal at the end was not accurate. But overall would definitely stay here again!!

Fall getaway

This property is in a perfect location! Quiet, beautiful creek in the backyard. Walking distance to everything. However, the bed is in desperate need of mattress replacement. The cleanliness was mediocre. I tried emailing the host but never received a reaponse.
