A lot of board game options!! And they had spices for cooking and many pots and pans to use. And the view was amazing, and the property was extremely well maintained

New Year Hideaway

Great location with wooded privacy but close enough to take advantage of the Branson busy-ness for a couple of outings when we wanted to. Enjoyed a low-key New Years trip with the family. The property was clean and well appointed. Happy to visit again!

Quiet and Relaxing

We have stayed at several locations near Branson. This location was exactly what we were looking forward to for this trip. A quiet, relaxing home away from home stay where we could just be us! Coffee on the porch in the morning, grilling on the deck in the evening followed by some great card games...pretty perfect after a crazy day of activities in Branson!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a great place for families. Lake access is questionable if you’re wanting to fish. But that wasn’t our goal. Plenty of space to spread out. The fire pit was awesome as well as the hot tub. A wonderful hideaway and nice drive to Dogwood Canyon and Top of the Rock. Great communication with the Management Co,

Excellent location

Buffalo bluff is a quaint, spacious cabin in a quiet location. Check in and check out was very easy. We enjoyed feeling like we were far from the city even though we were just a short drive to Branson (30mins) and Springfield (60mins). The cabin has a beautiful view and outdoor area. There is ample space inside the cabin and outdoors, would accommodate a small or large family. The home could use some updating on appliances but that does not deter from the overall appeal of this cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet getaway

The property was beautiful! Far enough back from the road and you’re tucked away in the Forrest! One of your favorite parts was hiking down to the lake, I think we went 2-3 times a day! Brought our dog and she absolutely loved it out here! The hosts were amazing, texting every so often to check in on us and see how things were going! It just felt like home when you walk in! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own adventure area! I would give this place 10/10 stars instead of 5/5 if I could! Will definitely be back and will tell all our friends and family to stay here!

Buffalo Bluff

The house was private and clean. Our dog loved the outdoor space and loved our daily walks to the lake. The kitchen could use some upgrades but everything worked and it was well stocked. The only complaint I have is the bedding. The master bedroom mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Everything was Wonderful except the bed in the Master bedroom. Beautiful rustic home in beautiful surroundings. But the Master bed was horrible, creaky & felt & sounded like it would break with just sitting on it. It had a dozen hodge podge wooden legs that had been attached underneath to support it (so they obviously knew there was a problem) but those legs spun on their axis & many didn't even touch the floor. That was super disappointing - also a super thin poopy mattress. Other than that it was great. Mgmt did not remedy the situation while we were there.

Nicely Secluded Getaway with a few drawbacks.

The house is in a secluded area, close to town.The layout was nice, the kitchen was equipped with the necessary appliances and prep essentials. However, the vacation house had its drawbacks. The bed in the Master Bedroom was uncomfortably hard, like sleeping on plywood, and the homemade bed frame popped with every slight movement, often shifting across the room. Additionally, the Master Bedroom featured an ADT control panel with a built-in camera and the screen was constantly illuminated. I didn’t report the camera, given our 10-hour drive for an 8-day stay, turning back wasn’t an option. Instead, we covered the camera with tape and draped a towel over the screen, hoping there were no other hidden cameras among the numerous motion sensors throughout the house and on the doors and windows. The hot tub was foamy and had an unpleasant odor, it did get serviced on the fifth day of our stay, but it raised concerns about whether it had been cleaned before our arrival. Our scheduled check-out time was at 10 AM; however, we had to leave early due to a flat tire caused by a sharp rock in the driveway. After addressing the tire issue, we realized we had left an item behind. Since it was still before check-out time, we returned to retrieve it, only to discover that the housekeeper was present and had already been cleaning awhile. This raises a troubling question: was there an undisclosed camera monitoring our actions, or how was it determined that we vacated the premises early?

The ADT panel is simply a control panel, and does not have a camera on it. . Thank you so much for letting us know about the hot tub. I do have photographs from the day of your arrival of a clean chemically balanced hot tub. I am so sorry about the flat tire! Our housekeepers do frequently drop by the homes early on days of check out to see if they can get a jump start on their day! Thank you so much for your feedback!

Horrible customer service by RENT BRANSON! Do not recommend if you want a host who actually does anything about concerns. The house was mostly clean, but lots of cobwebs around light fixtures, in corners and ceilings. The kitchen appliances are incredibly old. Like 30 years old at least. They don't function properly and we had food waste as a result of the fridge and stove. The fridge was too cold in the back and freezer burned our food, but not cold enough in the front and we had spoilage. The stove burners are slanted at a 30 degree angle from age and when you put a pan on them, the food slides to the side and doesn't properly cook, so you have burned food on one side and not cooked food on the other. The temp in the oven isn't accurate either and we were either undercooking things, or they were burning. The "blinds" in the master bedroom are ones that you'd use for an outdoor patio space to filter light (tiki bamboo ones). They do not provide any privacy at all since you can see into the room from outside the house. The living room and dining room also had no curtains or blinds and the sun sets into those rooms with no way to block it, making the rooms unusable in the summer unless you want to be blind from the sun in your face for 4-5 hours a day. When I brought these concerns to Rent Branson, they had lots of nice flowery words about apologies, but then NEVER DID ANYTHING. When I asked for a partial credit, they refused. They don't care about customers!
