Love this property! Worked out great for our family. We have a lot of young children and so the shallow shore and dock area was lovely also. We will be back! :)

Amazing lake for a weekend getaway! Sand bottom, shallow, perfect for kids of all ages! House was perfect, plenty of places to sleep and relax, board games for the brief rain showers. The pier was perfect for tying up our boat and the landing was just across the lake. Communication was awesome! Primal eats restaurant was within walking distance for a night of not cooking.

We loved our stay and loved Berry Lake. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the retro vibes. We're already discussing plans to go back.

We had such a great time! The house was really nice. The lake was beautiful and since it was shallow and sandy it was great for the kids to play or for sliding out a canoe to paddle around and explore. We had fires by the water and ate fresh caught fish. We can’t wait for our next trip back!

Berry Lake Retreat

Loved the house, loved the beachy area by dock. Very comfortable. Do need new matress sets. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful time at Waterfront Berry Lake Getaway. The house was great, kids dropped their line in the water and pulled up a fish everytime, sandy bottom in the lake so swimming was fantastic. We made awesome family memories. Would love to return!!!!!

Very nice 3 bedroom home right on the lakefront.Wonderful sand beach and sand bottom lake that gradually extends from very shallow near the shore to swimming depth about 20 yards out.Up to date gas stove, refrigerator and microwave.Overall, clean, comfortable and very functional.

We stayed for a lake vacation with our two adult children, their young children, and a sister and brother-in-law; for the most part 6 adults and two children 4 and 6 (our adult daughter, husband, and 1 year old only came for a day). We loved this place for several reasons; the lake front beach is completely clear clean sand and it stretches on shallow way past the end of the dock (perfect for the two boys to play and they did for hours upon hours), the house was super clean and well maintained (it is very retro but not old run down retro but really fabuous shape retro), very nice kitchen with modern appliances, great parking area, close to the public boat landing, and super clean and bright laundry area. Also nice having the paddle boat, a dock without any unuseable boats tied to it, and it has a jetski lift. The outside is not quite as meticuously maintained as the inside which really doesnt matter to us. The only cons is the house cools a little unevenly as there does not appear to be venting on the east side/first bedroom and it could use a little larger dining table (currently one only seats 6 comfortably. All in all this is a very nice place on a great lake.

Appearance was not very appealing. Appliances were excellent and tv was great. Only part of outlets worked. Paddle boat was broke and kerig maker plugged.
