The temporary cooktop situation has now been resolved, and we have recently installed a full range in the suite. We’d also like to clarify that each suite has its own TV, although there is no TV in the shared dining area. Regarding the owner occupancy, this is noted in our listing description as an owner-occupied villa. However, guests have exclusive use of their entire floor, including their own private entrance, patios, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. There are no shared guest areas, and we make every effort to respect our guests’ privacy while ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
