Refined apartment in Campo dei Fiori, can accommodate up to 2 people and is the perfect place for friends or a family seeking a comfortable stay in the historical centre of Rome!

Only a 2 minutes walk from Piazza Navona, this spacious apartment is perfect for those wanting to explore Rome on foot! The Pantheon is 7 minutes away, Trastevere (the most lively neighbourhood in Rome) and Castel Sant'Angelo are 10 minutes away across the Tiber, the Fori Imperiali are 15 minutes away, and St. Peter's Basilica is 18 minutes away. Close to so many more sightseeing spots and museums that it is impossible to list them here! In the historical centre you'll find innumerable local restaurants, cafes, wine bars, shops and supermarkets! You will never need a taxi or public transportation during your stay!!

This modern apartment features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (both with showers), a large living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Free WiFI and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment.

There are certain house rules that guests should adhere to, including paying a tourist tax (charged by the municipality) in cash, in the amount of 3.5€ per person (children under 10 years of age are not charged) per night (for a maximum of 10 nights) upon arrival.
Guests should be considerate of the neighbors avoiding excessive noises, especially during quiet hours.
Please remember to bring the keys with you and lock the doors when you leave the apartment and be careful when opening the doors without forcing the keys in the locks to avoid breakage. In the event of any damage to the keys or doors you will be charged, as well as if you lose any keys.
Please be mindful of our planet: turn off all electrical household appliances (i.e. air conditioning, tv, lights, etc.) when leaving the apartment, to prevent accidents as well; please separate and dispose of your waste and recycling as instructed by the check-in agent.

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm, and late check-in fees are charged in cash for arrivals after 8 pm for any reason (8pm - 10pm = €25; 10pm - 12am = € 35; after midnight = €40 + €10 for each extra hour). Guests may store their luggage in the apartment before check-in time, but early check-ins are not allowed. Checkout is until 10 am, and late check-out is subject to the owner's approval (contact the owner to verify whether a late check-out is possible).

A check-in agent will welcome guests, explain the apartment's features, and they will be available in case of emergencies or special needs. Guests are required to send a text message before their arrival to arrange check-in and avoid wait time (for you and the check-in agent).

Great location, plenty of space

This was a perfect choice for 2 adults visiting Rome for the first time. The 2 bedrooms each had a private bath and 1 bedroom was on the main floor and the other was in the loft. This gave us privacy with plenty of shared space in the living room and kitchen for when we would stop to rest in between daytime and evening exploring. This is a first floor apartment which means it is up a flight of stairs. The kitchen could use some coffee cups but, other than that, we found the apartment perfect. There is some street noise but we were so exhausted after full days of sight-seeing that we rarely noticed. Most sights are within walking distance, but for those a little further away (Borghese, Colosseum, Vatican), we took a taxi. We used the IT Taxi app rather than looking for a taxi stand. The taxis came on time right to our location.

Rome stay

Unit wasn’t ready at 4pm when we arrived and cleaning crew just started. Left dirty dishes in dishwasher. Check in guy lied to us and said he wouldn’t be there til 6pm….we had to arrive at 4pm. Downstairs shower barely works. No toilet paper in either bathroom, no garbage bags- after we went shopping and bought all supplies- location was great

Pretty space, nice location.

This was a nice unit in a good location. Easy access to restaurants, etc. Close to taxi stand. Elevator does not function.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a Grill Central Location first to travel around the city from. Consider this a place to stay when you want to visit Rome. It really would be impossible to list all of Rome's landmarks but you certainly will be minutes away from all of them, and from amazing museums like Galleria Doria Pamphilj, Palazzo Braschi, Palazzo Altempts, etc..
