I proprietari di questo condominio sono molto entusiasti di tutto ciò che questa unità ha da offrire. L'unità a due camere da letto è decorata in modo abbastanza elegante da consentire agli ospiti di intrattenere gli ospiti, ma è abbastanza confortevole per la perfetta vacanza in famiglia. Il condominio è decorato nel design delle Indie occidentali. Il soggiorno è arredato con un divano letto, TV HD a schermo piatto da 37 "e lettore DVD.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV HD a schermo piatto da 37 ", lettore DVD e un bagno principale con doppio lavabo, vasca da giardino e doccia separata. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, un televisore HD a schermo piatto da 26 "e un lettore DVD. La camera da letto ha un ingresso privato sul bagno per gli ospiti che ha anche un ingresso dal corridoio. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui un ospite potrebbe aver bisogno. La sala da pranzo è elegantemente arredata e può ospitare sei persone con posti a sedere in più al bar.

L'edificio è leggermente inclinato verso ovest, il che rende i tramonti spettacolari. Dalla porta principale dell'unità si ha una vista a volo d'uccello sul campo da golf Seascape e sulla baia di Choctawhatchee. Che tu sia seduto in salotto, ti rilassi nella camera da letto principale o sia seduto sul balcone, la vista da questo condominio è meravigliosa. Questo condominio insieme a tutti i servizi forniti dal complesso Ariel Dunes II lo rende il luogo perfetto per una vacanza perfetta.

Terrible Situation

Was told 2 hours before check in, there was an issue with our unit. No confirmation with me prior but stated it was the only unit available because of the holiday weekend and was left with no choice but to stay. 10 hours from home. Was moved to a different one. Was put in a 2 bedroom duplex. No beach view. Had to drive to beach. Surrounded by partying, loud noise, and smell of weed. Air was not working when we got there. 1 full size bed. 1 twin over full bed and pull out. Beds were super uncomfortable. Yard area was grown up and nasty. Parking was terrible and only had 2 vehicles. The place was small and we were literally on top of each other. Dryer melted my shorts! The door code didn’t work and had to call and wait on hold for a new code. TVs didn’t work. The “boss” was off during the busiest time of the weekend and wasn’t able to speak with me. Had a representative trying to be middle man & currently on day 3 of waiting for a response. Representative mentioned the owner may offer “a free stay later” instead of a refund. Overall, awful experience and will not book through this resort again.

Great weekend in a nice unit! The views were amazing !

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love our rental and it looked just like the pics. The place was clean and in a great location within a 5 min, walk to the beach. It was perfect for 2 friends just wanting to relax for a few days. Ariel Dunes II has 3 swimming pools. One was closed for maintenance, but there was still plenty of room. The balcony view was amazing ! We also loved that it had a washer and dryer. The only thing that would have made it totally perfect was better communication from the rental company before check in and there was no hair dryer available, also a beach cart and chairs with umbrella provided would have been great. I had to reach out for any questions prior to my stay. I will say they had great communication with text for checking in , and for what to do if there were any issues and for check out. You can rent the umbrella and chairs from the rental company , La Dolce Vida. It was Labor Day weekend and we were able to get an umbrella and 2 chairs for $28.50 ( this is the half off price offered by the unit) . Regular price is twice that . The chair rental is done by taking your discount card down to the beach. You sit down in an available set of chairs and the. Attendant will come by and charge you for the chairs. We paid cash. Not sure if other payment is available . You have to go down there extremely early to at least reserve your chairs if you want front row beach. We went around 9 am and was able to get 2nd row chairs. They keep the chairs up until 5 pm . We had to look to find available ones past 9 am, but the chair attendant said they always have chairs available . This was an amazing stay . There is no one at the desk in the lobby to help with question , but Seascape does provide a service number . We didn’t need to use it though. Loved out stay and would recommend .

Excellent Choice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved our stay at Ariel Dunes II 1204. We were tired from the long drive and we were delighted our room was available upon arrival. The two bedroom unit was perfect with great amenities. The unit was clean with a beachy atmosphere. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping centers, family activities, 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the breath taking ocean views were amazing. I gave 2 stars regarding the " Property Management" because a management staff wasn't available at the front desk for general concerns. "Overall , there were no complaints regarding the unit and we loved our stay !!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was nice and comfortable...some of decor was dark and heavy looking and bedding was not very inviting. We like the light, clean beachy look & feel. The one area of concern was the kitchen...not very clean when we checked in and we called and reported. Someone really needs to take a look at the cookware and utensils and see the poor condition they are in...dried food residue. Honestly there is several items that probably need to be throw away. We hand washed everything we used before using. I would be embarrassed to leave these in room for guests to use. We have never had this happen before and hopefully never again.

Locked Out

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wet disappointed after being locked out of our condo and the emergency line wasn’t returning calls and finally 5 hours later we get a call with a new code. Also no one ever called me to apologize or anything. I finally spoke with someone after 3 days worth of calling.

Excellent Space with Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room gave us a great view of the ocean without feeling like we were too high up. The furniture was in great shape. I loved the dining table and chairs! We tried to cook breakfast to save money, though, and the frying pans weren’t in that great of shape. Everything was sticking to them, but we made it work. We were close to the outlet mall, and walking to the beach was an easy stroll!

Quick last minute getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ariel Dunes is now my preferred Miramar Beach location, 4-6 minute walk to beach. This unit was somewhat clean (found old washcloth behind nightstand) when I went to plug in my cell phone charger. Few stains on chairs and end of bed table in spare room. Beds are comfy, kitchen had bare minimum utensils and accessories. Refrigorator makes loud noise when cooling/coolant fan is on. Building and walls are solid! Can't hear sounds from other units, nor the noise from the busy street at night. Beautiful views and breath taking sunsets. Building is well maintained with multiple clean pools.

Not worth the money

Family vacation

Sofa bed had rice or so kind of food in mattress. Sink in kitchen had a terrible smell coming from it! The room in general is dark and not beach like. Then the bathrooms have shutoff water values any water gets on the floor the water shuts off in the entire unit!

Nice And clean condo

Really like the master bedroom with the private restroom. The condo was nice and clean and I do recommend anyone to stay there. The beach is walking distance. I really enjoyed myself.
