This detached cottage rests in Rhuddlan, Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The Banquet House is a historic property resting within Rhuddlan, Wales. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a four-poster king-size bedroom and a second-floor double bedroom, together sleeping four people and served by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a walled garden with lawn area, summerhouse, water feature and seating area. The Banquet House is an impressive property for a holiday to this part of Wales.

Amenities: Gas central heating, underfloor electric heating in kitchen and woodburning stove. Gas range cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, washing machine. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Walled garden with lawn area, summerhouse, water feature and seating area. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Access to family bathroom is via the master bedroom. Note: Due to the age of the property there is low doorways throughout. Note: There is a unfenced pond in the garden, children and pets to be supervised at all times. Note: In the lounge there is a trap door which will allow access to a tunnel, care must be taken when using this feature. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Rhuddlan is a town in Denbighshire, set in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd, just 16 miles away from Llandudno. Within the town you will find 13th century moated castle ruins, built by Edward 1st, as well as as salmon and trout fishing on parts of the river, good pubs and many golf courses nearby. Keen walkers will be delighted exploring Clwydian Hill range or Offa’s Dyke pathway. Other attractions include Conwy Castle, Bodnant Gardens or delightful Betws-y-Coed.
