LAYOUT: The entrance of the villa gives access to the spacious wide living room with a seating area where the large windows provide a breathtaking 180 degree view. A large table with dining facility for 10 people is situated in the middle of the dining room. The sitting room is composed of a two seater sofa, a three sofa seater and an armchair and a smart TV. On this level there is also a guest toilet and a library. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make delicious meals. An indoor staircase leads us to five bedrooms: three have a double bed with king size, all of them have a bahtroom in suite. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each one and one of them has a suite bathroom too. The other bathroom is situated in the corridor. All the bathrooms are equipped with showers. From four bedrooms we have sea views and we will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. On this floor, you also find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

EXTERIOR: Benimagia is a new built and modern villa with minimalist finish quality. The villa is located in an elevated position in Moraira, Benimeit. Come and enjoy the impressive panoramic views of the sea, from El Portet to the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe! The south-facing location of the villa guarantees sun throughout the day and offers privacy for a pleasant holiday away from everything. The entire main floor opens onto a very spacious terrace surrounding almost the whole villa with several relax areas under the sun or under the shade. If we go out through a window situated in the living room, we will find outside a dining table and its chairs protected by a roof as well as a chill out area. Some steps lead to the 9x4 infinity pool surrounded by a large sun terrace. You will find sun loungers as well as an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue in the pool area.
