Phoenix House is a contemporary barn conversion resting in Castlemorton in Worcestershire. The property has five bedrooms; a ground-floor super-king-size double with zip/link feature and en-suite, a king-size double with en-suite, a double, a twin and a single, served by the family bathroom with bath and separate shower, sleeping up to nine guests. The property also offers a cloakroom, utility, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area and a sun room. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, a wrap-around decking and a lawned garden. Phoenix House is a luxury rural retreat in the Worcestershire countryside.

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.1x Travel cot (bed linen not provided) and 1x highchair available. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Large lawn garden with hot tub and wrap-around decking. The riverside town of Upton-on-Severn is also nearby, with its marina and river boat cruises.
