Flat 2 Channel View is a wonderful holiday apartment resting in Torquay, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms across the ground-floor, including a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a double with TV and Jack and Jill access to bathroom, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, living/dining room with electric fire, games room and conservatory. The property also boasts a garden with decked area with seating, lawned area and hot tub and off-road parking for one car, with further unrestricted roadside parking. Flat 2 Channel View is a wonderful base for a break to South Devon. Please note that are 4 steps on arrival but once inside the property there is an alternative route in/out of the property that does not require using the front steps.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car, along with unrestricted roadside parking. Garden with decked area with seating, lawned area and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles, beach 1.1 miles. Please note that are 4 steps on arrival but once inside the property there is an alternative route in/out of the property that does not require using the front steps. Note: The electric garage door is now a set of doors, guests can now enter through the old entrance or through the new entrance where the garage door was.
