Hosting three bedrooms, including two doubles and a single with pull-out trundle bed, along with a shower room and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking in a garage, and a garden with decking, patio and furniture. 12 Claremont Falls is ideally located for exploring the glorious beaches and pretty towns in the heart of Cornwall. High Chair provided.

Amenities: Electric Radiators to all Bedrooms and Hall / Electric Storage Heaters in other areas. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Smart and Sky TV with cinema package, WiFi and a selection books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking in garage. Garden with decking, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking/vaping. Shop and pub 400 meters away, beach 1.6 miles. Note: Please be courteous and only park in the allotted spaces and do not block neighbours garages, thank you. Please note: Garage Size 7 Ft Wide opening x 6Ft 8" Height through the door x 18Ft Long. Be sure to check out the Polperro Harbour Heritage Museum, where you can learn all about the towns history of fishing and smuggling. Beachcombe the shores of Polperro's picturesque beach, with its clear waters and historical Chapel Pool located on the cliffiside nearby offering expansive views out to the sea and beyond.
