This renovated two-bedroom apartment is located very close to Le Bon Marché, in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator, it has a balcony and a beautiful view of the neighborhood.

The entrance leads to the sunny living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are located between the living room and the entrance: one has a queen-size bed, the other has a sofa bed. Both have access to the bathroom (with shower). The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Among other things we offer is :

a personal on site check-in service upon arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment facilities;
a neighbourhood guide to help you know the location better;
maintenance support throughout your stay;
a final cleaning with organic maintenance products
Liability and rental risk insurance

A rental agreement to sign electronically will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a national holiday or from 7pm is charged an extra 50€. Any check-in after 10pm is charged an extra 75€.

Terrific Stay on Rue de Sevres

The apartment is well located, well equipped, and very clean. The metro is a stone’s through away, and the proximity of Le Bon Marche is a plus! We loved it!

Fantastic apartment

Beautifully appointed, quality appliances, new everything. Powerful air conditioning, great water pressure. Fantastically located, not too touristy, metro right across the street. Managemebt company was flawless in communication and handoff.

Wonderful

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous apartment. It was beautifully furnished and set out. Close to a lovely park, many cafes, two train lines and many bus stops. It was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. We loved it!!

Great location next to Metro

Very comfortable for 2, well equipped apartment. Even though only May and coolish weather, it was a bit warm in the apartment with no fan or A/C. Very nice contacts with the rental agency.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
