The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for two and a sitting room with electric fire and TV with Freeview. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a single. Outside, there is enclosed rear decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: The bedroom may not be a suitable size for a cot. Note: The WiFi is free for one device. Shops, museums, craft centres, pubs, tea rooms, and restaurants abound in the nearby towns of Llandrindod Wells, Rhayader, and Builth Wells. Explore Rhayader's Red Kite Feeding Station, the Elan Valley Lakes, or the Phil Price Rally School to get up up and personal with these majestic birds of prey.
