A quaint, garden fronted terrace house located in Tonge, Bolton, which has only recently become available for holiday lettings. This comfortable house is suitable for up to 4 guests and offers exclusive use of an entire house at the fraction of the price of a hotel room.

Entrance is into a pleasant living with plush carpets, wall mounted TV and a comfortable sofa suite.

This leads to the newly fitted kitchen/diner with a range of modern conveniences including: washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Care has also been taken to provide everything you might need to prepare home cooked, healthy meals.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 4 single, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom with an over the bath electric shower. For longer stays, it may be possible to combine 2 beds to create a double.

To the rear is an enclosed yard with seating for sitting out in during the summer months. An electric shutter makes this area quite secure. Immediately in front of the house, there is free street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
