Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. As there are not that many hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.
The villa, which is 160sq meters, on a 1,000sq meters plot of land, is located between Vourkari and Otzia. The property is on 3 levels and is built from local stone, so it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
