Welcome to my home!

The living room features two comfy sofas, one double and one single, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a working desk. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space and has access to sunlight room. There you have a dining table, and you can pass through, ending up on a large private terrace for those sunny days.

There is a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. You also have a washing machine.

With plenty of light and with a warm ambience, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

Last but no less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a great location to explore the city. The Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Casa da Música, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, Chapel of Souls are all nearby. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, Churrasqueira Central das Antas, Hotel da Música, Mamma Mia! - Ristorante and pizerria, Restaurante "O Escondidinho", A Cozinha do Manel. Café Guarany is a great option for coffee.

The apartment is located within walking distance of the Marquês, Faria Guimarães, and São Bento stations, making it easy to get around. It is also close to the Campanha and Contumil stations, making it easy to get to other parts of the city.

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
