Our Modern 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment is a bright, modern, spacious Apartment perfectly situated in Streetly, Sutton Coldfield, 15 mins drive to Birmingham City Centre. The house has 1 family Bathroom and 1 ensuite to the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has seating for dining, and the living room has Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, and free Wi-Fi. This is an apartment on the second floor of a block of flats. 2 allocated parking spaces. The mixture of single and double beds provides a wide range of sleeping options. The fully equipped kitchen/dining room has a sociable 'heart of the house' feel to it, while the living room has Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, and fast and free WiFi, which is of course available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, so if you are just sorting out breakfast or if you fancy cooking dinner yourself... it includes the basics like electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, plus a decent hob, electric fan oven, and it comes fully equipped with kitchenware, utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses as you expect.
