Beaugrenelle View is a 1 bedroom 646 sqft apartment located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement a two minute walk from the metro line 10 at Charles Michel. The apartment is located in a modern building complete with elevator and large hallways.

The Space:
Upon entering Beaugrenelle View, you will be greeted by large bay windows bathing the kitchen and living area in lots of light. The living area has a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, there is also a dining area for two.

The open kitchen is newly renovated and has all amenities including oven and dishwasher. There is a breakfast nook where you can sip your morning coffee whilst enjoying the view.

Off the living area to the other side are sliding doors leading into the bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage space.

The spacious bathroom is accessible either from the entry hall or the bedroom. There is a WC, large bathtub and vanity unit. There is also lots of closet space and a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
This accommodation is offered for corporate housing purposes. To secure the reservation, we kindly request that you sign a letter providing your company name, passport information, and guest details.

The Neighborhood:
If you want to stay close to the Seine river, in a very dynamic area and close to a shopping mall, restaurants, etc, this is the place to be. If you like long walks, you can easily go to Seine river.  If you like shopping, you can go to Beaugrenelle shopping mall (5 minutes walking distance). Also, you are close to yellow train line RER C, that you can take to go to Versailles !! (Javel station 5 minutes away, and Versailles 30 minutes away).
