It comes with an open living/dining floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for six.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine.

Both bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a heavenly queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Note: The pool in this property is shared with other residents or guests.

Guests will have access to the house and the common areas.

The location of this property is a great place to explore the city. The area is home to various attractions, like Praia de Lavadores, Praia da Madalena, Praia das Pedras Amarelas, Praia de Salgueiros, Praia da Sereia, Farolim de Felgueiras, Praia da Sãozinha, and Praia do Atlântico. There are also many excellent restaurants and bars, such as Ar d'Mar, Mar à Vista, Casa D. Amélia, Grão d'Areia, Tappas Caffé Madalena, Oficina Do Pão, Restaurant Marbelo (Madalena), and Casarão.

The best way to reach the villa is by your car still; the area is conveniently located close to several stations, including Madalena (2 km), Coimbrões (3.3 km), Valadares (3.9 km), Santo Ovidio (5.6 km), and D. João II (6.1 km). This is the perfect location for anyone close to public transportation.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
