This well-appointed 2-bedroom, second-floor apartment is close to Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Portimão.

The professionally cleaned property will accommodate 4 people (maximum 4 adults). Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and a guest cloakroom downstairs. Air conditioning is available and provides heat during the winter

The terrace overlooks the communal pool and is perfect for outdoor dining. The apartment is modern and in excellent decorative condition being tastefully furnished and fully equipped including free Wi-Fi.

The communal swimming pool is a stroll down the garden and the covered parking is in the apartment building.

There is a small supermarket within walking distance and larger supermarkets within 1km. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Praia do Vau beach is a 10 minute walk and the beaches of Praia da Rocha and Alvor are close by.

There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the apartment. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 10km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.

If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.

Please note that from 2024 the council of Portimao introduced a mandatory Tourist Tax for all accommodation within the municipality. This tax will be detailed and added to your accommodation charge.
