About the property
Ty Hir is a stylish home from home in the coastal village of Llanbedrog. The house has a unique ‘upside-down' layout to maximise the sea views and natural light, which can be admired for hours from the cosy open-plan living space with its private balcony and abundant skylights. The newly installed hot tub is located on a private rear terrace which can be accessed directly off the first floor master bedroom or at the side of the house. Should you wish to explore the area, Llanbedrog beach and the stunning headland are just a short walk away or venture to the popular seaside town of Abersoch to enjoy a bite to eat, a coastal stroll or a range of water sports.
The space
The house is accessible via a set of side steps to the first floor where you will find the open-plan kitchen/living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a six-seater dining table which is perfect for enjoying evening meals and chatting about your day.
From the dining area, there is a comfortable living space with two sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV. When the sun is shining, open the bi-fold doors and step out onto the balcony to admire the serene sea views with a crisp glass of wine in hand.
There are three bedrooms altogether, each designed with calming colour tones and luxurious soft furnishings. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the private decked area with garden furniture and a hot tub. The second bedroom is also on the first floor and features twin beds with a family bathroom next door. The final bedroom is on the ground floor with a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
The ground floor also comprises a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a football table and dart board which is located in the garage.
