Welcome to this cozy terraced house with its own small garden, sunny terraces and a wonderful view of Nerja and the sea!

In the Capistrano area, the white houses spread out on the hillside up from Nerja, and in the upper part is Capistrano San Juan with cocktail bars, restaurants, a couple of shops and a bus stop. A stone's throw from there you will find the urbanization Algarrobo and Casa Lind, on Calle Los Abetos. Up to 4 people live here comfortably, whether you are one or two couples, a family or a few friends on holiday. 2 bedrooms, bright living room with sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom/toilet with shower. The area is close to hiking trails, and free parking on the streets. A walk down to Balcon de Europa in central Nerja takes about 30 minutes. Taxis cost around €8-10, the city bus €1. Shared large pool with sunbeds is a couple of blocks down, open about May-October. The pool area focuses on peace and relaxation, no jumping in the pool or other disruptive activities are allowed.
Lush gardens and open park areas surround the townhouse, and in the small private garden you have garden furniture and a gas grill under small lemon trees and bougainvillea clinging to the white surrounding walls. There is also a storage room with a washing machine.
The lower floor has a hall with storage and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (IKEA 90 cm) that can be put together or pulled apart, and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed (IKEA 160 cm), wardrobes and doors out to the lower south-facing terrace with two folding deckchairs and a small table. Both bedrooms have AC. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom, with toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
Upstairs you come directly into the bright living room, with sofa bed, side table and LED TV with channel package (Swedish and international channels) and a nice dining area with folding table with room for 4-6 people. Next to it is an electric stove for a cozy feeling or chilly evenings as a complement to the AC. Next to the sofa are glazed doors with a view to the sea, and the exit to the lovely upper terrace. Here you have sun all day, and there is an electric awning to fold out when you want shade. On the terrace there are comfortable wicker chairs with cushions and small tables. On the other side of the room there is an archway to the open plan kitchen. The modern kitchen has all the equipment you need - induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc. Next to it is a toilet.
This is a townhouse that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday all year round, with close proximity to charming Nerja's range of beaches, restaurants and shops. An hour's drive away you have cities like Malaga and Granada, and above Granada only 1,5 hour away from Nerja is the fantastic Sierra Nevada ski area which is open for skiing December to April.
