Located in an elevated position overlooking Brixham marina and harbour, Sea Spray Villa makes the perfect base for those wanting to experience all the sights and sounds of Brixham. Step outside and you will find yourself just minutes from the waters edge including the marina, Breakwater Beach and Shoalstone Seawater Pool. Look out for the stunning replica of Sir Francis Drake’s famous galleon, The Golden Hind, which is just a 5 min walk from the property, or perhaps take a short walk to The Prince William Bar & Gastro pub just a 2 mins away.
Inside is everything you need for the perfect family get together or retreat with friends, including a comfortable living room complete with Smart TV featuring Freeview, Netflix and Prime, a DVD player, Playstation and board games to keep the kids (& not so little kids) entertained. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy eating together in the dining room with seating for 6. Three double bedrooms are available as well as a 'bonus room' in the roof space, perfect for a child due to restricted headspace.

- The property is accessed via a steep set of steps (33 in total) at the rear and a steep slope and steps at the front entrance and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guests are responsible for taking all necessary safety precautions for themselves and their guests and neither Saltwater Escapes and the owners accept any liability for accidents causing death, sickness or bodily harm howsoever caused.
- Parking is situated to the rear of the property. Once parked we recommend walking back to the property via the road and accessing the property via the front main entrance due to the 33 steep steps.

- This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets (if applicable), a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard and so we always recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.
