Above the first floor entrance, there is a spectacular open area, which contains the living and dining rooms, the kitchen, and a separate workstation. Beautifully designed in the grassland theme, light floods in to create a beautiful environment. The classy furniture ensures the space is both practical and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped will all appliances and utensils.

The third floor contains a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two more single bedrooms, and a second bathroom. The bedrooms are all uniquely designed and fully furnished. The sleek bathrooms have modern fittings, for convenience.

The top floor is the most delightful of all. A beautiful, spacious roof terrace with a dining area, a lounge seating area, and even a sun lounger, for those looking to work on their tan. Enjoy the sights of Gràcia without even leaving your home.

Jerez even comes with its own parking space, something hard to come by in this neighborhood. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.
