The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan studio layout with a living area with a kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, fridge, a dining room with seating for two people, a sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed, front patio and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The bedroom is not separated from the living area

Town: The town of Lockerbie is set in the lowlands of Scotland, in the Dumfries and Galloway region. Lockerbie has a range of amenities including pubs, restaurants, a bakery and a pottery. There are also facilities for curling and ice skating, with golf, cycling, walking and birdwatching all on offer in the surrounding area. The region has a wealth of history, and sites like Caerlaverock Castle, Drumlanrig Castle and Glenluce Abbey attest to that. Less energetic pursuits include visits to the many museums and galleries as well as Scotland's official Book Town of Wigtown. Added to this is the proximity of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Carlisle and this location truly offers something for everyone.
