This charming older house is located on a raised plot and close to the sea with its long beaches. From here you can reach both Borgholm and Färjestaden in about 20 minutes.

The house consists of a large furnished hall, a fresh bathroom with both shower and washing machine, a functional kitchen with seating around a kitchen island, dining room and a bedroom. Via the kitchen entrance you get out to the garden at the back. On the upper floor, which has a low ceiling height of approx. 1.80 m, you will find three bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the others have two single beds each. From the hall on the upper floor, you come out onto a balcony with a nice view of the garden and the surroundings. On the entrance side, you will find a flat outdoor area where you can sit to both eat and relax. In the garden there is space for various activities.

In about 20 minutes by car, you will reach Färjestaden with its range of shops and restaurants. If you want to play golf, there are several fine facilities within reasonable distance. For example, you can swim at Bärby bathing area, which has fine sandy beaches. Around the corner you will find Öland's museum in Himmelsberga, where you will find cultural history, art, events, crafts, an open-air museum with landrace animals. Here you can also enjoy coffee, homemade coffee and lunches, all in a genuine Öland environment. If you are interested in agriculture and vehicles from the past, the popular Störlinge Agricultural & Motor Museum is only 6 km away. In 20 minutes you can get to Gårdby Café & Lanthandel, which is a sundry store, garden cafe, interior design shop and clothing store.
