Rubí Apartment

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a quiet and central area of
Sitges, with the beach a few minutes walk away and all services.

This comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor and has two
bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed (a
single bed that converts into a double).

It also has a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher,
refrigerator, oven...) that is open to the living-dining room, leaving
a large common space for all guests.

In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining
table for all guests.

The entire apartment is exterior and is located on a very quiet street,
a true haven of peace to disconnect on your vacation!
It has a bright bathroom with a shower tray.

Arrival information:
* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
