• Smoking is allowed on the Terrace, but it is prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.

• The Private Parking Garage under the building has a height restriction of 1.80 metres (3.3 ft) and the entrance is a bit narrow. This reason will not be subject to any compensation.

• Please note that all guests from 14 years of age and older must complete an Electronic Registration Form to comply with Spanish legislation 'Orden INT/321/2021'. In order for us to comply with the law, refusal to complete the form will result in the denial of a stay at our property.

This Mediterranean Penthouse with Seaview is just 60 metres away from the beautiful beaches of Carihuela. The location could not be more central!

Carihuela offers a wide range of dining options, from traditional Spanish tapas bars to international cuisine. You can also find a variety of shops, art galleries, and entertainment venues within walking distance of the apartment.

A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, discos, and tourist activities is available right from your doorstep, and you are just a 15 minute walk away from Torremolinos Centre or the Port of Benalmádena.

Getting around
The apartment has its own private parking spot in a gated parking garage located under the building. The parking garage has a height restriction of 1.80 metres (3.3 ft).

If you are travelling with a (rental) car that is too wide or that surpasses this height limit, there is public paid parking available nearby. Prices are approximately 12.50€/day. Alternatively, you may also find free parking on the street in the surrounding area, just a few minutes away on foot from the apartment.

The main train and bus stations are 10 to 15 minutes away. You can reach the airport by bus, train, or taxi.
