Summary:
Located in the heart of the city, this penthouse is just a short walk to all of Liverpool's central attractions. Our penthouse sleeps 10 featuring 3 bedrooms and an open plan living, dining and kitchen room. Complemented by a chic, modern design and a huge balcony space with amazing views of the historic Liverpool Cathedral and the gorgeous Georgian Quarter, this is the perfect retreat for large families, groups of friends or anyone seeking a stylish base to both relax and explore the city.

The Space:
Knight Street Penthouse 2 offers breathtaking views of the Georgian Quarter. It's completed to a high standard throughout with contemporary decor, tonnes of natural light from tall windows, and feature walls in the bedrooms.

Open plan living/kitchen/dining room:
• Fitted with two comfy double sofa beds sleeping 4 guests in the lounge.
• Provides a great setting to unwind and relax with plenty of sitting options and a large Smart TV for streaming your favourite online shows.
• Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated microwave and oven, hob, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, and more - plus a dining table and a breakfast bar, we have everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Main Bathroom:
• Sparkling clean with a bathtub, a separate shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.

Bedroom 2:
• Also fitted with a double-size bed that can sleep 2 guests.

Bedroom 3 with Ensuite Bathroom:
• Bright, airy, and spacious room fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Has an additional sofa bed sleeping 1 guest.
• Has an ensuite bathroom that has a toilet, sink, and shower.
• A huge room with access to the huge balcony area with an overlooking view of the Anglican Cathedral.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home! You also have access to a huge balcony space with views of the Georgian Quarter.

The apartment is on the 4th floor.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the city, just a couple of minutes away from the famous Bombed Out Church which plays host to frequent events such as open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more! Situated just off Berry Street where you can find so many amazing restaurants and brilliant new bars such as Petit Café du Coin, if you are a jazz lover or the Berry and Rye speakeasy bar!

The Philharmonic Hall is literally a 6 minute walk and the stunning Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral is just a 9 min walk! Perfect base to visit the Georgian quarter area as well as it is less than 10 minutes' walk away, great for a romantic walk around or for taking stunning photos of scenic buildings and original cobbled streets.

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back. We do not accept any loud noise or party groups of any such, and are unable to host groups under 25 years of age.

Please note that there is building work to the right of the penthouse, and you may experience some noise during the daytime. We anticipate that this will not disrupt your stay during the nighttime.

Getting Around:
Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! ! Liverpool Central which links to Lime Street & Wirral lines is only a 10-minute stroll away. You're 15 minutes walk from Paradise St, the main bus & coach terminal too. Hanover Street is just at the end of the road from the apartment and it always has plenty of Hackney taxis too!

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 5-minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant city atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
