With multiple windows, the living room receives plenty of light, making it a wonderful place to relax. There is ample climate control at your disposal with natural air and air conditioning. The profile linear light gives the sitting room an exciting feel. The TV in the living room is equipped with cable/ Netflix and fire stick tv. For entertainment you have premium YouTube to watch 100s of music without ads. A guest toilet is also present in the living room for the convenience of visitors. There are designated areas in the living room for dining and ironing. The ironing area has an ironing board and an iron for whenever needed.

The kitchen is an open design equipped with luxurious gloss black cabinetry with a 526L toughened glass double door fingerprint refrigerator. With an ice maker, you wouldn’t need to worry about getting your drinks chilled quick. The refrigerator will keep your vegetables fresh. You also have plenty of room to store left overs. The open style kitchen which overlooks the sitting room is equipped with a hood extractor to keep your sitting room smoke free while you cook your delicious meals. You have at your disposal a 30L microwave and an electric oven if you’re a baker. The hub is 4/1 burner with 4 gas burners and 1 electric. The island also serves as the sink top. With a surface socket on the island which also doubles as a dining and workspace, your charging cables can be used neatly without the need of an extension. The island house the fully functioned wash/spin washing machine that can do your laundry up to 8kg. The kitchen is equipped with most utensils you would find in a fully furnished home, such as; a kettle, frying pan, pots, plates, cutlery, bowls, can opener, blender, microwave and much more.
A personal cook is also available (at an additional cost).

Room 2 & 3
The 2nd and 3rd room share a common bathroom. Both rooms are similar with sufficient closet space, hangers, comfortable linen, and towels. Each room also contains an air conditioning. Both rooms are equipped with a queen size bed measuring 6x5. Two bedside safe and center rugs. Both rooms are designed with a wall frame, dresser with a mirror. All rooms are designed with artificial flower to give you an amazing cozy feeling.

Bathrooms
The house is designed with two bathrooms. Each bathroom comes with an executive WC, with a complete set of black Matt towel hangers. A 10mm tampered glass demarcates the shower from the rest part of the bathroom. The black matte shower is digital, once running would display the temperature of the water so you don’t accidentally burn yourself with hot water. The great lighting in the bathroom gives it a really great feeling.
