We are excited to present our new apartment, the result of a demanding renovation. We have taken advantage of the experience of 5 years of work to renovate and improve what, with great satisfaction, we have already proposed to you with the other apartments. We like the idea of being able to combine the comfort and elegance of a high-level hotel, with the spaces, warmth and details of a design house. which however maintains the most precious asset we have in Rome: HISTORY.
The 85m2 apartment, equipped with every comfort, comfortably accommodates 4 people while respecting the privacy and autonomy necessary to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The apartment is particularly suitable for families and couples who want to share a place in the historic center of Rome, without giving up the necessary privacy. It is available on the second floor of an elegant building. There is an elevator (rare relevance in the heart of Trastevere) and it is extremely quiet.
Vaulted ceilings and solid brick walls that date back to the 1800s, it has a living area and a brand new kitchen, equipped with every modern accessory: induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine , to name a few. We will make sure there is always tea, sugar and coffee to make you a traditional Italian espresso in the morning!!
Two King Size double beds with 25 cm high mattress, duvet covers with fine sheets, large wardrobe, large safe, luggage rack and Smart TV with free Netflix channel. The King Size beds offer the possibility, upon request, of obtaining an accommodation with two single beds.
There are, therefore, three large bathrooms with large showers (two 90x140), with chromotherapy and a fantastic sound system to make a banal daily gesture a pleasant experience!!
A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal, as well as an iron and ironing board.
You will find all the comforts such as air conditioning and heating, fast Wi-Fi Internet.
Guides and maps are also available to our guests, which will recommend the best restaurants and clubs selected by us (bars, supermarkets or the nearest services such as ATMs) and can also act as a brief guide to the main monuments and tourist sites of Rome.

All this without forgetting our personal availability.
