The cities of Cardiff and Swansea have Retail shops, Museums, bars, restaurants, and theatres. The famous Millennial stadium for international rugby and Letchworth Park for football are just a few Places to Visit.
The Quieter nearby town of Bridgend has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
We have some stunning award-winning beaches locally. Just a little further afield is the spectacular Gower peninsular.
The mountains of the Brecon Beacons National Park have awe-inspiring scenery especially if you climb to the top of Pen-y-fan the tallest mountain in Wales. The National Park also has four waterfalls. Henryd Falls is the tallest with a drop of 90 feet., additionally The National Showcaves of Wales at Dan -yr- Ogof is a tourist attraction like no other.
Wales is nicknamed the land of the Castles. South Wales has twenty, some in ruins some are occupied some are museums. Visitors are welcome.
South Wales also has historic houses and mansions and a rebuilt village of bygone days at St Fagans.
There are over two hundred golf courses in Wales. The Majority are in the South.
